Jennifer Houlihan is responsible for leading The University of Vermont Health Network’s transformation to value through improving quality, minimizing care fragmentation and reducing costs. She oversees the Jeffords Institute for Quality which includes analytics, community health teams, quality improvement, patient safety and regulatory readiness.
Houlihan earned a Master’s in Planning from Florida State University with an emphasis in Health Policy and a Master’s Certificate in Population Health from Thomas Jefferson University. Prior to joining The University of Vermont Health Network, Houlihan was the Associate Vice President of Population Health at Wake Forest Baptist Health.
