Greta Martin is a Healthcare Data Scientist at U.S. News & World Report, where she is the co-Principal Investigator on health rankings projects including Best Hospitals: Procedures and Conditions. Before coming to U.S. News, she worked for several local, national, and international NGOs focused on improving the well-being of populations. She earned a Master’s of Science in Global Health and Population from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, focusing on research methods. Her thesis, “Payment Reductions and Community Health Worker Performance: Evidence from Alta Verapaz, Guatemala” won the Harvard Master of Science Thesis Award.
