President and Chief Executive Officer, Le Bonheur Children's Hospital
Meri Armour has served as president and CEO of Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN since 2007.
Under Armour’s tenure, Le Bonheur has consistently been named as one of the country’s ‘Best Children’s Hospitals’ by U.S. News & World Report, was awarded Magnet status by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, opened a $340 million state-of-the art hospital addition, led a $100 million capital campaign and established a $100 million hospital endowment.
She has served on the Children’s Hospital Association Board of Directors and the Child Health Corporation of America Board of Directors.
Armour has served on the boards of directors for the Urban Child Institute, Memphis Research Consortium, United Way of Memphis and Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce.
Armour received a M.S.N./M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing and CWRU Weatherhead School of Management.
