Michelle J. Lyn, MBA, MHA began her Duke career in 1998, as a founding member of the Division of Community Health and was instrumental in designing and launching more than 40 of the Division’s collaborative, community-based clinical, care management, educational, and research initiatives. Today, Ms. Lyn serves as Co-Director of the Duke Center for Community and Population Health Improvement (CCPHI), a multi-disciplinary center that leverages academic, health system, and community partnerships to improve community and population health and she serves as Lead for Community Health Initiatives and Strategy for the Duke Population Health Management Office.
