In addition to her board positions, Bell serves as the chair of the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank Economic and Community Advisory Council and also serves on the Villanova University College of Nursing Board of Consultors. She is an adviser to numerous international hospitals and lectures worldwide on the topics of children’s healthcare and women in leadership.
