Lee Rivas is President of Clinical Solutions for Elsevier and CEO of the Health Care and Public Sector businesses for LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. Rivas was appointed President of Clinical Solutions in 2016.
Rivas has lead the Health Care and Public Sector groups at LexisNexis Risk Solutions since 2012. During that time he and his team drove above-market growth as a result of organic and inorganic strategies that positioned LexisNexis as the leader in identity intelligence, provider data, claims data, and analytics.
Previously, Rivas served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Screening at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, head of Sales for that division, and Senior Director of Strategy. Rivas joined LexisNexis in 2006 from the strategy consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he was an Engagement Manager. Before McKinsey, he spent five years in the U.S. Army, where he served in a variety of leadership roles, including tank platoon leader and reconnaissance platoon leader.
Rivas earned a bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was a member of the academic honor society Phi Kappa Phi. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He and his family live in the Atlanta area.
